I’m a twenty-something year old Diploma qualified beauty therapist with a huge focus & passion for nails & all things nail art - working exclusively with Bio Sculpture products. I entered the world of beauty, not really knowing if it was exactly what I wanted to do. How are you meant to know what you want to do for the rest of your life at 18?!
Long story short, I fell in love with all things beauty. I gained some salon experience for a couple years, was introduced to Bio Sculpture during that time & then wanted to dive into the magical world of nail art, which lead me down the road of opening a home studio so I could specialise in what I was truly passionate about.
I’ve always loved sharing my work with other therapists, inspiring them & encouraging them to try new things. So naturally this lead to my aspiration of becoming a Bio Sculpture educator. Recently, this aspiration became a reality & I am so grateful to now be known as the Bio Sculpture Gel, Nouveau Lashes & HD Brows educator for the ACT & surrounds.
Being your own boss isn’t all sunshine & rainbows, some days are really tough, those days can extend to weeks, sometimes even months, especially in the beauty industry as the services we provide are a luxury, not a necessity. But it’s achievements like the above, my fellow technicians, & my beautiful clients that make those days worth pushing through.
I am so grateful that through my work I can make such a difference to the confidence of my clients. Sometimes I can be the only one they have to talk to, or the only 2 hours that they have to themselves & I feel SO grateful that I have the opportunity to be that little burst of positivity in their lives.
Through my work I am able to inspire other technicians & uplift them with my passion & enthusiasm for what I do everyday. I often have to remind myself that this is my job!
